IMPORTANT: All Maine ACDA functions should be organized to make money or break even! These funds are to serve the purpose of furthering our ability to provide opportunities for directors and singers around the state and to make sure Maine ACDA maintains a positive financial standing as an organization.

The “Funds Requested” form is to be used for any non-travel expenses

The “Travel” form is to be used for any mileage re-imbursement for ACDA business related to the Festival (e.g. picking up / dropping off the guest conductor).
